Container terminal silhouetted at dusk

From enquiry to delivery

The same six steps run on every order, whether it is one pallet or a full container load. The sequence does not change; only the depth of each step does.

01

Enquiry & specification

You tell us the product, the specification, the volume, the destination and the landed cost you are aiming for. If the specification has gaps, we close them in writing at this stage, because every ambiguity left here becomes a dispute later.

02

Sourcing & supplier vetting

We shortlist factories, verify licences and export registration, check capability and compliance history, and pull samples for your approval. The approved sample is sealed and kept as the reference for inspection.

03

Quotation & contract

A quotation on agreed Incoterms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP, with payment terms in writing. We contract with the factory in our name and with you in our name, so there is one counterparty on each side.

04

Production & quality control

Production follow up against the schedule, with substitutions and delays reported when they happen. Pre shipment inspection against the sealed sample on an agreed AQL, before the goods are released from the factory.

05

Export documentation

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and any inspection, sanitary or letter of credit documents your bank and customs authority require. Prepared as one set and checked against the credit terms before presentation.

06

Freight, customs & delivery

Booking, consolidation where more than one supplier is involved, export clearance, and delivery to the port, terminal or door you nominate. Tracking and document copies go to you as the shipment moves.

01

What we need from you, and when

Nothing here is unusual. Sending it early is what shortens the whole cycle.

Every ambiguity left in the specification becomes a dispute later. We close them in writing at the start.

Step one, and why it matters most

Tell us what you need to source.

Send the specification, the quantity and the destination. You will get a considered answer, including an honest one if the product is not something we should be handling.
