Shaoxing Falcon International Trading Co., Ltd. is registered in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. We buy, sell, move and document goods between Chinese manufacturers and buyers abroad.
A trading house is not a broker. A broker introduces two parties and steps back. We take a position in the transaction: we contract with the factory, we hold the specification, we own the document set, and we answer for the shipment until it reaches the place you nominated.
That structure exists because international trade fails in the gaps between vendors. The agent blames the factory, the factory blames the forwarder, the forwarder blames the customs broker, and the buyer, several thousand kilometres away, has no way to arbitrate. Removing the gaps is most of the value we add.
International trade fails in the gaps between vendors. We are structured to remove the gaps.
How the company is built

Keqiao District in Shaoxing is one of the densest trading environments in China. China Textile City sits at its centre, and around it is a manufacturing belt that runs through Shaoxing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu and Wenzhou, covering textiles, home goods, packaging, hardware, electricals and machinery parts.
Two of the busiest container ports in the world, Ningbo Zhoushan and Shanghai, are inside a few hours by road. For a trading company, that combination of supplier density and port access is the whole geography of the business. A factory visit is a drive, not a flight.
Eight lines, run from one office, sharing one document standard and one point of contact.
We buy on your behalf and sell in our own name. Sourcing, negotiation, contracting and the commercial risk that comes with taking a position in the trade.
02The paperwork layer. Classification, licences, certificates and the export document set that your bank and your customs authority will actually accept.
03The work between placing an order and releasing it from the factory. Vetting, sampling, production follow up, inspection and consolidation.
04Booking, forwarding and delivery by sea, air, rail and road, including the overland corridors west out of China.
05Fabric, yarn and finished garments out of Keqiao. This is the one line where our address is also our argument.
06Whole vehicles, the equipment that charges them, and the parts that keep them running. The difficult part of this trade has never been finding the vehicle.
07The categories we source to specification. The list is wide because the manufacturing belt around us is wide, but every category here is one we can inspect properly.
08This line runs in two directions. We supply kitchens and hospitality operators today, and we are building our own restaurant chain, beginning in Shanghai.
We contract in our own name. There is one counterparty on your side of the transaction, and it is us.
Most shipments that go wrong, go wrong on paper. The document set is prepared to the requirements of your bank and your customs authority, not to the minimum the factory will accept.
We negotiate with the factory in Chinese and with you in English, Russian or Turkish. Nothing passes through a third party translator.
If a product sits outside what we can properly control, we say so rather than taking the order and improvising. A refused enquiry costs less than a failed shipment.

Food service is where the group is investing next. Alongside supplying kitchens and hospitality operators, we are preparing our own restaurant chain, beginning in Shanghai. The trading company's sourcing and cold chain capability is the foundation it is built on.
Read the restaurant planSend the specification, the quantity and the destination. You will get a considered answer, including an honest one if the product is not something we should be handling.
