国际贸易
We buy on your behalf and sell in our own name. Sourcing, negotiation, contracting and the commercial risk that comes with taking a position in the trade.
Most buyers approaching China for the first time try to work factory direct, and most of them eventually stop. Direct purchasing works when you already know the supplier, the specification is settled and the volume justifies your own quality and documentation staff on the ground. Below that threshold the coordination cost eats the price advantage.
This line exists for everything below that threshold, and for buyers above it who would rather not carry the overhead. We hold the supplier relationship, the specification and the commercial terms, and you deal with one contract.
A broker introduces two parties and steps back. We contract in our own name and answer for the shipment.
The difference that matters
We work from your technical specification, sample or drawing, not from a product category. If the specification is incomplete we close the gaps in writing before anyone quotes.
Three to five candidate factories for anything non trivial, compared on capability, capacity, compliance history and price, with the reasoning shown.
Price, tooling and mould costs, minimum order quantities, lead time, tolerance on quantity, packaging, and who pays for what when something fails.
A purchase contract in our name with the factory, and a sales contract in our name with you. Two clean agreements rather than a three way conversation.
Quotation on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP as agreed. Payment terms set out in writing, including letter of credit where your bank requires it.
The line runs in both directions. We also place foreign goods into the Chinese market through the same structure.
| Term | We arrange | You arrange |
|---|---|---|
| EXW | Goods ready at the factory gate | Everything from the factory onward |
| FOB | Export clearance and delivery on board at the named Chinese port | Main carriage, insurance, import |
| CFR | Freight to the named destination port | Insurance and import clearance |
| CIF | Freight and marine insurance to the named destination port | Import clearance and delivery inland |
| DAP | Delivery to the named place in your country | Import duties and taxes |
The paperwork layer. Classification, licences, certificates and the export document set that your bank and your customs authority will actually accept.
03The work between placing an order and releasing it from the factory. Vetting, sampling, production follow up, inspection and consolidation.
04Booking, forwarding and delivery by sea, air, rail and road, including the overland corridors west out of China.
05Fabric, yarn and finished garments out of Keqiao. This is the one line where our address is also our argument.
06Whole vehicles, the equipment that charges them, and the parts that keep them running. The difficult part of this trade has never been finding the vehicle.
07The categories we source to specification. The list is wide because the manufacturing belt around us is wide, but every category here is one we can inspect properly.
08This line runs in two directions. We supply kitchens and hospitality operators today, and we are building our own restaurant chain, beginning in Shanghai.
Send the specification, the quantity and the destination. You will get a considered answer, including an honest one if the product is not something we should be handling.
