This is the line clients underestimate and then, once they have had a bad shipment, the one they ask about first. A price quoted by a factory is a statement of intent. What arrives depends on whether anybody stood in the production hall while it was being made.

The operating principle
Business licence and export registration verified, capacity and equipment seen, references and compliance history checked. We visit.
Pre production samples against your specification, with the approved sample sealed and retained as the reference for the inspection later.
Progress against the agreed schedule, with material and component substitutions flagged when they happen rather than when the goods arrive.
Inspection against the sealed sample and the specification, on an agreed AQL, before the goods are released.
Cargo from several factories brought into one warehouse, checked, repacked where needed and shipped as a single consignment.
Export packing suited to the mode and the route, with carton marking and labelling to your requirement and to destination rules.
